Eligible items returned for a refund will include a 15% restocking fee.
Products returned in a condition other than brand new may be subject to additional repackaging/restocking fees or may be rejected for return. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds processed via PayPal, Afterpay, or Zip pay will incur a payment gateway fee, as these providers do not refund their administrative fees to Moty’s Australia.
Any such fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to lodge a return request with Moty’s Australia.
Once the return request is approved, items must be returned within 7 days.
