Shipping Policy

At Moty’s Australia, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth, reliable delivery experience for all our customers.


1. Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods, there may be minor delays in processing or delivery. We appreciate your patience during these times.
If a significant delay occurs, you will be notified via email with updated information about your order status.


2. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
If you need to correct an address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so there may be limited time to make amendments once your order has entered processing.


3. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to Moty’s Australia due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, it may be subject to a restocking fee as determined by our team.
Additional shipping charges may also apply if you wish to have the order resent.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Moty’s Australia is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once tracking indicates that delivery has been completed.
If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local courier or postal service for assistance. We recommend checking with neighbours or your local post office before lodging a claim.


5. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for unopened and unused items.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
You may choose to:

  • Ship available items first and backorder the remaining products, or

  • Wait until all items are ready to ship together.

Please note that if you choose to split your order, additional shipping fees may apply to the second shipment. This will be determined at the discretion of Moty’s Australia.
